These lounges provide premium passengers with comfort, privacy and unmatched individual service in truly luxurious settings.
Lounge accessibility is generally available 3 to 4 hours prior to the flight, but is subject to change at the individual airports. Please ask the check in staff for details when you arrive for your flight.
Passengers can relax in the tranquillity of the quiet areas, catch up with home or the office using our state-of-the-art business facilities or freshen up using the toiletries in our fully stocked washrooms.

- Black, Gold and Silver Falconflyer card holders
- Black card holders may bring two travel companion into the lounge with them, free of charge.
- Gold card holders may bring one travel companion into the lounge with them, free of charge.
- Free lounge access is not available if you are travelling on flights operated by other carriers (including Gulf Air codeshare flights).

London Lounge
Step into a quiet and tranquil space at our Falcon Gold lounge located in Terminal 4 of Heathrow Airport. The expansive 6500 sq. foot lounge seamlessly merges contemporary design and architecture complimented with our Arabic hospitality service.
With a statement bar set in the centre, choose to enjoy your food and beverages with a 360 view of the space or if you prefer privacy and comfort – make yourself at home at one of our quieter seating areas. Its strategic location provides an amazing view of the runway with aircraft taking off and landing every few minutes.
The Lounge is open from 06:00 to 22:00 and has a seating capacity of 120 passengers.
Dubai Lounge
Our premium lounge at Dubai International Airport in Terminal 1 is located on the upper level of the Duty Free. Our intimate space combines a mix of cosy and comfortable seating areas.
Prior to boarding, enjoy a light meal from our self-service hot buffet or cold snack bar complimented by a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
Boasting a number of facilities, the lounge is a convenient stop for all your needs. There is a quiet workstation area, storage room, prayer rooms and smoking area.
Relax at our lounge before your flight. The lounge is open from 0500 to midnight daily.
